Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed on any of our treatments or products.

Gift Vouchers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

neoSKiN will not be liable for any Gift Vouchers lost or stolen.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Product Return Policy

2. Obtain authorisation to return the product by contacting us on 1300NEOSKIN
3. Ensure to include all parts of the item and the original purchase receipt
4. Mail or take your return to your nearest neoSKiN Clinic within 30 days of the purchase date.
5. Allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed

Products are eligible for replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product.

Products are eligible for refund if it did not meet your expectations or if you had an adverse skin reaction.

You will be responsible for postage or shipping costs for returned items, unless the item is defective or damaged.

neoSKiN is not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or damaged in transit.

All returns must be received by neoSKiN within 30 days of the purchase date.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be posted to you in an Australia Post Express Satchel the next business day following the date of purchase. Depending on the delivery postcode you should receive your products 1 to 2 business days from when it was posted.

All product and Gift Voucher prices are inclusive of shipping costs.

Items Unavailable

If for any reason we are out of stock of the item you have purchased, we will advise you within two business days. If this is the case, you will have the option of waiting until the item is available, order an alternative product, or receive a refund for the item.
