We ship professional skin-care orders within Australia.

Dispatch. Orders are dispatched from our South Melbourne clinic. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Costs and timing. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Product pick-up. Products purchased online can be collected from the clinic at 175 Wells Street, South Melbourne.

Product pick-up can be booked via the Book Now button, or call (03) 9699 1200 to arrange a suitable collection time.

As neoSKiN operates by appointment, we recommend arranging collection before visiting the clinic.

Issues. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at southmelbourne@neoskin.com.au and we will put it right in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
